Beta diversity of native (a) and alien (b) plant species assemblages in the bioregions by running the betadisper function. ANOVA was applied to test how these distances differed amongst the communities. PCoA1 and PCoA2 are the first and second sort axes in the “betadisper” analysis, respectively.
